100 Day Challenge

REGISTER TODAY TO TAKE ON THE 100 DAY CHALLENGE BEGINNING DECEMBER 1, 2015

This year Rugby Ohio wants to help jump start player and coach health and fitness by daring you to take the 100 day challenge. There are 3 different challenges you can choose from;

1. RUN 100 miles in 100 days

2. COMPLETE 5000 reps of your choice in 100 days (for example, squats, bench presses, pull or push ups)

or

3. Take on both challenges.

All participants who complete the challenge will receive a t-shirt. Those who complete both challenges will be entered into a drawing to win (1) free spring youth or high school registration. 

 
Once you sign up you will be added to a closed Facebook group were you can share your progress, encourage others learn new healthy tips and exercises by a certified trainer and take part of our weekly challenges to win more prizes! 
 
We will have a form that you will need to fill out either daily or weekly to track your progress. Yes, this is all on the honor system. The only person you are cheating if you dont actually do the work is yourself!
